Do you have a certain fear or phobia in your life that stops you living the life you desire?

What happens during a typical phobia session?

We will simply begin with a chat to find out a bit more about your phobia. We may try and discover what caused you to have the phobia in the first place although this not essential in the treatment.

The hypnotherapy is simply a lovely state of relaxation. By relaxing the body and mind your creative part of your mind will be easily accessible. We can then change the way your 'do' your phobia and take away its power. With some simple relaxation and visualisation techniques, you will view your fear differently forever.
